Rustic Micro Weddings
Rustic micro weddings are so adorable! For our second event on June 5, 2020, Christain and Patrick joined us from Alabama with their families. They brought their three adorable children, and a tasty looking cake from Publix. I thought it was super sweet that Christain brought a lantern with a photo of her dad and a bracelet with some of his ashes so he could be there in spirit. Congratulations Christain and Patrick!!
From the Bride:
We met at the local dirt race track where Patrick was racing. The first date was a good night, had steak at O’Charley’s and went bowling.
For the proposal, we had reservations for a trip to Gatlinburg and had to cancel due to the wildfire. We had planned to arrive the morning after the fire broke out. With our bags already packed, we made the decision to go to Savannah, GA. Neither of us had ever been there. Patrick proposed in front of the big water fountain in the park there. We love the Tennessee mountains. Spending time there never gets old and it’s so relaxing. Would be great to retire there someday.
We are looking forward to finally being able to unite our family of 5 as one. It has been a long time coming as there have been many road blocks and changes which have altered the timing. The latest being having to reschedule due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For fun, we go dirt track racing, kayaking, camping, beach trips, TN cabin trips
