Outdoor Wedding – Tasha and Landon

Tasha and Landon – June 24, 2021

Outdoor Wedding

Tasha and Landon joined us for our second outdoor wedding of the day. They dressed the chapel in blush and white fabric with our new ombre pink florals, and they are the first to use the new ombre cascade bouquet with matching boutonniere. Her dress had so much gorgeous texture. Her stepdad officiated the ceremony, and he and her groom were both in tears as she came down the aisle. She had a flower dude who strutted his stuff to a fun song, and her bridesmaids were in a mix of pink and green — such a fun combo! Congratulations, Tasha and Landon!!
From the Bride:
We met through the brides mother and grooms step-mother who were friends growing up. The first date was awkward—went to a (fantastic) pizza place with his two friends then back to his – creepy -apartment where I was so tired that I fell asleep on his couch.
He proposed to me at the zoo with the adorable help of my son. It was during winter and they used an ornament with the ring inside. Fantastic moment and memory.
Tennessee has been a long-time favorite destination of time. I actually gifted my fiancé a trip there for his first birthday we were together. We made some wonderful memories there so figured we would be back. We had a wedding in mind back home, but it’s more important to us to have great moments with those closest to us. I stumbled upon a post on Pinterest about two-months ago, it seemed so perfect and “us” so the ball started rolling.
I’m most looking forward to a celebration of love with the people that mean the most to us. Most of all, my son being involved in seeing us throughout the process.
There is no significance to the date. We already had a trip planned somewhere else and said, “screw it, let’s get married then.” We do a lot of diy activities. Our typical date night would be dinner and then meet up with family and close friends.
