October Midday Micro Wedding

Lacey and Lee joined us today for an October midday micro wedding. They dressed the chapel in blush fabric with our moody florals and simple pumpkin package. We had such great lighting that really highlighted Lacy’s loveliness. Congratulations, Lacey and Lee!

From the Bride:

We met online. Isn’t that how everyone meets these days? LOL! Our first date was at Applebee’s. It just happened to fall on Lee’s birthday. During our date I laughed and said I should pay for dinner since it was his birthday and of course he didn’t allow that. We talked and had a great time. He was the perfect gentleman which I found so refreshing. Lee proposed and honestly, I was not expecting it! We were just having a conversation and he asked. I remember thinking “did he just ask me that?” I think I even asked him if he was serious!?! LOL!

I decided on an East Tennessee wedding because Lee told me it was up to me, so I began looking for a simple but gorgeous venue. I came across Chapel in the Hollow and immediately decided this was the place. I knew it would be the perfect spot for us. I am looking forward to marrying this handsome man and beginning our forever!! Life is so much better when you have an amazing partner and I’m so thankful I get to spend the rest of my life with him. October is a special month. Since our first date was on his birthday which is in October and my birthday is also in October, we said lets also get married in October. Birthday/Anniversary Month—how awesome is that?!?! We are actually getting married the day after Lee’s birthday, 10/22.

Our typical date night for us would be eating at a good steakhouse or Mexican restaurant or stay in for a movie night with popcorn.
